01.Monthly Subscriptions
AutoVariant subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. No lock-in periods, cancellation fees, or penalties.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.
02.No Partial Refunds
Subscription fees are not prorated. Cancelling mid-cycle will not result in a refund for unused days. We recommend cancelling close to your renewal date to avoid being charged for another period.
03.Case-by-Case Reviews
We review refund requests individually. We consider whether the issue prevented use of the Service, how recently the charge occurred, and any extenuating circumstances. We cannot accommodate refunds based solely on a change of mind.
04.Duplicate Charges
If you have been charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Email support@autovariant.io with your account email and transaction details.
05.Technical Failures
If a critical failure on our end prevents you from accessing core features for an extended period, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or partial refund. Qualifying situations include sustained downtime over 24 hours or a confirmed bug blocking core generation. Issues caused by Figma, third-party tools, or user error do not qualify.

To request a refund, include your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
