01.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoVariant, including the Figma plugin, website at autovariant.io, and related services, operated by LayerWorks.
By installing AutoVariant, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using AutoVariant on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
02.Use of AutoVariant
AutoVariant is a Figma plugin that generates design variants from structured data. To use the Service you must have a valid Figma account, be at least 18 years of age, and provide accurate account information.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable advance notice.
03.Accounts and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise LayerWorks to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase for existing subscribers.
05.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoVariant to generate unlawful or infringing content, reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with other users, or resell the Service without written permission.
06.Intellectual Property
AutoVariant and its branding are owned by LayerWorks. You retain full ownership of your designs, CSV data, and generated outputs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service in accordance with your active plan.
07.Cancellation
Cancel any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. Cancellations are not prorated.
08.Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include duplicate charges and technical failures preventing access to core features. See our Refund Policy for full details.
09.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LayerWorks does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you by email and by updating the date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
